OPERATION SCHOOL BELL: SHORTS AND T-SHIRTS, SHOES AND SOCKS, JACKETS AND HYGIENE KITS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO STUDENTS AT 32 SAN FERNANDO VALLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS. 2,080 STUDENTS' FAMILIES WERE SERVED.
KIDS KITS - ACTIVITY KITS ARE PROVIDED TO PRESCHOOL CHILDREN THOUGH AGE 12 WHO ARE AWAITING TREATMENT AT THE NORTHRIDGE HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER'S PEDIATRIC TRAUMA CENTER. OVER 1,800 CHILDREN WERE SERVED THROUGH KID'S KITS.
BEAR BUDDIES: TEDDY BEARS (500) WERE GIVEN TO CHILDREN IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS. THEY WERE DISTRIBUTED THROUGH A HOSPITAL, LAPD DIVISIONS, CHP OFFICE AND CRISIS CENTERS.
