THE CALIFORNIA CHANNEL TRANSMITS LIVE AND TAPED TELEVISION COVERAGE OF CALIFORNIA STATE GOVERNMENTAL PROCEEDINGS VIA VIDEO STREAMING AND 101 CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEMS INTO OVER 4.474 MILLION HOMES, SCHOOLS, AND BUSINESSES IN CALIFORNIA.EFFECTIVE APRIL 30, 2019, THE CHANNEL'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTED TO CEASE OPERATIONS AND THE CHANNEL BEGAN TO WIND DOWN ITS ACTIVITIES. OPERATIONS DISCONTINUED ON OCTOBER 31, 2019. AT THE DATE OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ISSUANCE, THE CHANNEL WAS COMPLETING ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE FINAL DISTRIBUTION OF ITS REMAINING ASSETS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULES ESTABLISHED BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CALIFORNIA.
