MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF COMMUNITY MEDIA FACILTY, WHICH INCLUDES PROFESSIONAL BROADCAST PRODUCTION STUDIOS, EDIT SUITES AND REMOTE PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT. MANAGE A FULL POWER FM RADIO STATION AND THREE CABLE TV CHANNELS WITH HYPERLOCAL CONTENT THAT CONNECTS THE SALEM COMMUNITY TO GOVERNMENT, PUBLIC AFFAIRS PROGRAMMING, EDUCATION/SCHOOL BOARD INFORMATION, HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE SPORTS AND OTHER COMMUNITY EVENTS LIKE MUSIC FESTIVALS. WE PROVIDE HANDS-ON TRAINING TO YOUTH, ADULTS AND SENIORS, WHICH GIVES THE COMMUNITY THE POWER TO PRODUCE THEIR OWN CONTENT.
