METROEAST TEACHES "HANDS ON" TELEVISION PRODUCTION, CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF MEDIA MESSAGES,AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES. METROEAST PROVIDES THE PUBLIC WITH TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND ACCESS TO TELEVISION PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF NONCOMMERCIAL, COMMUNITY-ORIENTED PROGRAMMING FOR THE CABLE SYSTEM'S COMMUNITY ACCESS CHANNELS.
