SFS IS A GLOBAL, NONPROFIT ACADEMIC FINANCE SOCIETY THAT EDITS AND PUBLISHES THREE TOP ACADEMIC JOURNALS IN FINANCE. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HOSTS ACADEMIC CONFERENCES IN FINANCE AND AWARDS GRANTS AND PRIZES.

JOURNALS EDITED AND PUBLISHED THREE TOP ACADEMIC JOURNALS IN FINANCE: (1) THE REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STUDIES, (2) THE REVIEW OF ASSET PRICING STUDIES, AND (3) THE REVIEW OF CORPORATE FINANCE STUDIES. PROVIDED ANNUAL AWARDS FOR BEST PAPER AND BEST REFEREE IN EACH JOURNAL.


CONFERENCES ORGANIZED TWO MAJOR FINANCE CONFERENCES: (1) THE SFS NORTH AMERICAN CAVALCADE AND (2) THE SFS ASIA-PACIFIC CAVALCADE. IN ADDITION, WE ORGANIZED A SMALLER FINANCE CONFERENCE, THE RCFS WINTER FINANCE CONFERENCE.


OTHER PROGRAM PROVIDED FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO OTHER ACADEMIC FINANCE CONFERENCES. PROVIDED AN ANNUAL AWARD FOR BEST YOUNG RESEARCHER IN FINANCE.
