SUPPORTS ACADEMIC, STUDENT SERVICES AND DEPARTMENTAL GRANTS OF THE CHAFFEY COLLEGE DISTRICT BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS, AWARDS, AND PROGRAM ENHANCEMENTS TO STUDENTS AND THE COMMUNITY. DISTRICT SUPPORT REVENUES ARE GARNERED THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL PROGRAM EVENTS AND STUDENT PROGRAMMING AT THE CHAFFEY COLLEGE DISTRICT.


THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES A VARIETY OF SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS INCLUDING MERIT-BASED, DISCIPLINE/MAJOR, ACADEMIC, SPORTS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARDS; FOR WHICH STUDENTS ARE ABLE TO APPLY FOR EACH SEMESTER. SCHOLARSHIPS COME TO THE FOUNDATION THROUGH MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY, COLLEGE FACULTY AND STAFF, SERVICE GROUPS, SCHOOLS, CITIES, DISTRICTS AND CORPORATIONS BOTH ANNUALLY AND THROUGH ENDOWMENTS.


THE FOUNDATION SOLICITS AND RECEIVES VARIOUS GRANTS. GRANT FULFILLMENT REPRESENTS FUNDS THAT HAVE BEEN SPENT ACCORDING TO THE GRANT'S PURPOSE. GRANTS SUPPORT A MULTITUDE OF CAMPUS-WIDE INITIATIVES, INCLUDING PROGRAM SUPPORT, CAPITAL EQUIPMENT, NEW PROGRAMS AND SERVICES AND STUDENT SUPPORT PROGRAMS.
