THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA, A NON-PROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION, PROMOTES STUDENT ACCESS AND SUCCESS BY STRENGTHENING COLLEGES THROUGH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, ADVOCACY, POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND DISTRICT SERVICES.

GOVERMENT RELATIONS: THE LEAGUE REPRESENTS THE LOCAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE PERSPECTIVE ON EDUCATIONAL, FISCAL, ORGANIZATIONAL AND GOVERNANCE ISSUES, INCLUDING ISSUES OF ACCESS AND DIVERSITY, BEFORE THE CALIFORNIA STATE LEGISLATURE AND EXECUTIVE BRANCH.


CONVENTIONS, CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS: THE LEAGUE SPONSORS CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS THAT PROVIDE VITAL TRAINING, INFORMATION AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS TO ITS MEMBERS. THESE INCLUDE THE ANNUAL CONVENTION, ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE, ANNUAL TRUSTEES CONFERENCE, CLASSIFIED LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE AND STUDENT TRUSTEES WORKSHOP.
