THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 40 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS PECAN PLACE LOCATED IN BONHAM, TEXAS, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. AT FEBRUARY 28, 2022 AND FEBRUARY 28, 2021, THERE WERE 17 AND 26, ESPECTIVELY, UNITS OFFLINE DUE TO STRUCTURAL ISSUES. THE MORTGAGE WAS REFINANCED MARCH 16, 2020 AND PROVIDED FOR REPAIR ESCROW FUNDS TO BE USED TO REMEDIATE THE STRUCTURAL ISSUES.
