SINCE ITS INCEPTION IN 1981, CCEF HAS DONATED ALMOST $4 MILLION TO SCHOOLS OF THE CULVER CITY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (CCUSD). CCEF AWARDED GRANTS WHOSE IMPACT WAS FELT AT ALL SCHOOL SITES OF CCUSD AND REACHED OVER 7,000 STUDENTS. SUCH GRANTS INCLUDED BUT WERE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: 1) THEATER ARTS PROGRAMS, 2) MUSIC EDUCATION IN THE CLASSROOMS, 3) SCIENCE LAB UPGRADES, 4) TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES, 5) SCHOOL GARDEN AND NUTRITION PROGRAMS, 6) INTERVENTION AND SUPPORT FOR STRUGGLING STUDENTS, 7) TEACHER TRAINING, AND 8) ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES.
