PET AID: PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO LOW-INCOME, ELDERLY & DISABLED PET OWNERS WHO NEED HELP WITH TRANSPORTATION, EMERGENCY VETERINARY FEES, EMERGENCY PET FOOD SUPPLIES AND ROUTINE CARE.
HELP LINE: HOT LINE FOR TRACKING & RETURNING LOST & FOUND ANIMALS & DISPENSING EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL TO PET OWNERS. COUNSELS LOW INCOME PET OWNERS ON HOW TO RAISE FUNDS TO PAY VET BILLS.
