THE MISSION OF THE LOS ANGELES MISSION COLLEGE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH ACCESS TO QUALITY, HIGHER EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH FUNDRAISING, BY SERVING AS STEWARDS FOR FUNDS SECURED, AND CREATING MEANINGFUL PARTNERSHIPS TO BENEFIT THE COLLEGE. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO LA MISSION COLLEGE STUDENTS TO LESSEN THE FINANCIAL BARRIERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION, FINANCIALLY SUPPORTS FOSTER YOUTH PROGRAMS, AND HELPS MAKE UNFUNDED PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS ON THE COLLEGE CAMPUS POSSIBLE. FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED 06/30/22, THERE WERE 33 RECIPIENT OF SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS.
