DEVELOPING AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND OTHER PROJECTS THAT PROMOTE CULTURAL IDENTITY, ECONOMIC STABILITY, SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND CIVIC PARTICIPATION. THESE INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ARE FACILITATED THROUGH COMMUNITY-BASED, COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS.

PROVIDE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES THAT ASSIST AND ENCOURAGE SURROUNDING YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES TO MAKE POSITIVE, HEALTHY CONTRIBUTIONS TO LIFE AND SOCIETY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.THROUGH THE COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OUTREACH AND CONSULTATION IS PROVIDED TO LARGELY IMMIGRANT ENTREPRENEURS, TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, WORKSHOPS, AND MANAGEMENT OF AFFORDABLE MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING PROJECTS.
