MAINTAIN AN EVALUATION REPORT WITH AN ACCREDITED EVALUATION SERVICE FOR FASTENERS USED IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. THE REPORT ENABLES BUILDERS, DESIGNERS, STUCTURAL ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS AND OTHER DESIGN PROFESSIONALS TO DESIGN AND BUILD WITH FASTENERS THAT ARE NOT LISTED IN BUILDING CODES, BUT HAVE BEEN EVALUATED FOR CONFORMANCE WITH BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS. EVALUATION CONSISTS OF REVIEW OF PRODUCT TESTING BY INDEPENDENT LABORATORY, AND REVIEW OF A QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM FOR FUTURE PRODUCTION.
