IT IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION THAT SERVICES THE VENTILATION AND OTHER RELATED INDUSTRIES. IT IS A MAJOR STANDARDS-SETTING BODY, CREATING METHODS FOR TESTING AND OTHER TEST STANDARDS. THE ASSOCIATION OPERATES AN ONSITE TESTING LABORATORY FOR MEMBER AND NONMEMBER PRODUCTS.
