BUILDING ON 52 YEARS OF MINISTRY, MISSION TO CHILDREN CONTINUES TO FEED, EVANGELIZE, AND DISCIPLE AT-RISK CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD. DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, WE FOCUSED OUR WORK IN COUNTRIES WHERE WE HAD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS IN PREPARATION FOR OUR 2023-2036 STRATEGIC PLAN. GOSPEL OUTREACHESSOUTH ASIAIN INDIA, WE COLLABORATED WITH AN ESTABLISHED CHRISTIAN MINISTRY THAT MINISTERS TO LOWER-CASTE CHILDREN. BECAUSE OF THIS COLLABORATION, WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE OVER 700 CHILDREN WITH EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES, LUNCHES, AND BIBLES IN BACKPACKS. WE ALSO FED ABOUT 3,050 CHILDREN THROUGH EVANGELISTIC OUTREACHES THAT FED CHILDREN, TAUGHT THE BIBLE, AND CONNECTED CHILDREN TO LOCAL CHRISTIAN EFFORTS.IN VIETNAM, WE HELPED PROVIDE 952 BIBLE TO CHILDREN OR PERSECUTED FAMILIES.MIDDLE EASTWE HELPED PROVIDE 30 DAYS OF RELIEF AND CHILDRENS MATERIALS TO 30 FAMILIES WHO WERE FORCED TO FLEE FROM AFGHANISTAN.AFRICAIN ZAMBIA: WE COLLABORATED WITH A MISSIONARY AND AN AFRICAN MINISTRY SO THAT 100 STREET CHILDREN WERE FED, HEARD THE GOOD NEWS, AND RECEIVED URGENT MEDICAL ATTENTION.IN MALI: WE COLLABORATED WITH A MISSIONARY AND AN AFRICAN MINISTRY SO THAT 220 STREET CHILDREN WERE FED, HEARD THE GOOD NEWS, AND WERE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE DISCIPLED.IN KENYA: WE COLLABORATED WITH A MISSIONARY AND AN AFRICAN MINISTRY SO THAT 182 TRIBAL CHILDREN WERE FED, HEARD THE GOOD NEWS, AND WERE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE DISCIPLED.IN UGANDA: WE COLLABORATED WITH A MISSIONARY AND AN AFRICAN PASTOR TO REACH 4,000 CHILDREN THROUGH GOSPEL OUTREACHES IN MULTIPLE COMMUNITIES. CHILDREN AT EACH OUTREACH WERE FED, HEARD THE GOOD NEWS, AND WERE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE DISCIPLED.VIRTUAL PRAYER WALKOUR VIRTUAL PRAYER WALK IS A WAY FOR NORTH AMERICANS TO EXPLORE A SLUM IN KOLKATA, INDIA. THE VIEWER IS TAKEN THROUGH THE SLUM WHILE LEARNING HOW ONE FRONT-LINE CHRISTIAN REACHES CHILDREN IN INDIA DESPITE RELIGIOUS, LANGUAGE, AND CULTURAL BARRIERS. ALONG WITH THIS VIRTUAL PRAYER WALK THAT IS AVAILABLE AT MISSIONTOCHILDREN.ORG, MISSION TO CHILDREN ALSO DEVELOPED A DOWNLOADABLE PRAYER GUIDE THAT COMPLEMENTS THE IMAGES IN THE VIDEO. VIEWERS CAN REQUEST A KIT TO HOST THEIR OWN VIRTUAL PRAYER WALK AT HOME. OUR GOAL IS TO BOTH EDIFY THE CHRISTIAN READER, ENCOURAGE THE CHRISTIAN READER TO PRAY FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE GOSPEL AMONG CHILDREN, AND TO EDUCATE THE CHRISTIAN READER ABOUT THE ONGOING WORK OF THIS MINISTRY.
