THE DIRECT EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM PROVIDES TRAINING, COUNSELING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. CLIENTS WORK ON A VARIETY OF JOBS IN A NORMAL WORK ENVIRONMENT SETTING, WHILE EARNING REAL WAGES. THIS PROGRAM OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF EMPLOYMENT AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES, MAXIMIZING CLIENTS' INDEPENDENCE AND LEVEL OF INTEGRATION INTO THE COMMUNITY. WE PROVIDE SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 40 INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR WITH AN AVERAGE DAILY ATTENDANCE OF 35 CLIENTS.
