CLIENT SERVICES: PROJECT HIRED'S CORE PROGRAM, AVAILABLE TO ADULTS WITH PERMANENT DISABILITIES, OFFERS A WIDE VARIETY OF JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND IN WORKSHOPS. THE CLIENT SERVICES PROGRAM IS A SUPPORTED, 9-STEP PROCESS THAT BEGINS WITH A PROGRAM READINESS ASSESSMENT AND ENDS WITH PROGRAM GRADUATION AFTER THE CLIENT HAS SUSTAINED A JOB FOR MORE THAN THREE MONTHS. SOME OF THE SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE:- ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT WITH CAREER COACHES TO DEVELOP A CAREER GOAL AND AN INDIVIDUAL MARKETING PLAN.- WORKSHOPS TAUGHT MONTHLY WITH SUBJECTS SUCH AS SELF-EXPLORATION, RESUME DEVELOPMENT, AND INTERVIEWING.
