THE TWELFTH STEP HOUSE OF SAN DIEGO PROVIDED HIGH QUALITY, EFFECTIVE RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT TO 101 MEN ADDICTED TO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. 61% OF CLIENTS COMPLETED THEIR PROGRAM OR MADE SATISFACTORY PROGRESS. WE CONTINUE TO PROVIDE LEVEL OF CARE DESIGNATIONS 3.1, 3.3, AND 3.5 FROM THE FROM THE AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ADDICTION MEDICINE, LICENSED AND CERTIFIED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES AND CONTINUE TO RECEIVE A GOLD RATING FROM GUIDESTAR.DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE CONTINUED FACE TO FACE SERVICES 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK AND HAD ZERO OUTBREAKS. OUR REDUCTION OF MEN SERVED WAS DUE TO REDUCED CAPACITY FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY OF STAFF AND CLIENTS.
