OUR MISSION IS TRAINING PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES FOR SUCCESS IN LIFE AND WORK. WE PROVIDE SERVICES TO CREATE EMPLOYMENT, INDEPENDENCE, SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND MOBILITY TO OVER 600 INDIVIDUALS ANNUALLY.

TRAINING ACTIVITY PROGRAM: PROVIDES ABOUT 120 DISABLED ADULTS WITH LIFE SKILLS TRAINING AND COMMUNITY OUTINGS.
FAMILY CONNECTIONS: PROVIDES SERVICES TO ABOUT 50 DISABLED ADULTS LIVING IN FAMILY HOMES, TEACHING INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS, AND PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR DISABLED ADULTS WITH CHILDREN.
CREATIVE CHOICES: SUPPORTS AROUND 120 DISABLED ADULTS IN DAY PROGRAM ACTIVITIES ON SITE AND IN THE COMMUNITY.
