PROVIDED MEMBER GOLF CLUBS WITH INDEXING (HANDICAPPING) SERVICES, GOLF COURSE RATINGS, AND GENERAL INFORMATION. IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDED GUIDANCE COVERING AMATEUR GOLF PROGRAMS, GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE, GOLF RULES, PENDING LEGAL AND TAX LAW CHANGES, AND AMATEUR GOLF TOURNAMENTS.
