THE FAIR OPERATES THE ANNUAL COUNTY FAIR WHICH INCLUDES AGRICULTURAL EXHIBITS AND EDUCATION, ARTS AND CRAFTS EXHIBITS, AND EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY ENTERTAINMENT.
THE FAIR RENTS OUT THE FACILITIES YEAR ROUND TO RECREATIONAL, ARTISTIC, AGRICULTURAL, AND COMMUNITY EVENTS. THE FAIR ALSO ACTS AS AN EMERGENCY EVACUATION HUB DURING NATURAL DISASTERS (I.E. WILDFIRES).
THE FAIR OPERATES AN OFF-TRACK HORSE RACING WAGERING FACILITY THROUGH AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA HORSE RACING BOARD.
