ADVOCACY - STRIVING TO DRAMATICALLY IMPROVE RECOVERY SERVICES BY FOSTERING "CHRONIC CARE" CONTINUUM OF CARE APPROACH TO SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER AND INCREASING THE NUMBER OF ORGANIZATIONS PARTICIPATING IN THIS APPROACH THE GOAL IS TO HELP SIGNIFICANTLY MORE PEOPLE AND PROVIDE BETTER CARE AT REDUCED COSTS.
