THE OSGI BOARD DECIDED AND VOTED TO DISSOLVE AND SHUTDOWN THE CORPORATION AND TRANSFER THE REMAINING ASSETS TO THE ECLIPSE FOUNDATION. MANY ACTIVITIES WERE UNDERTAKEN TO NEGIOTIATE THE SHUTDOWN AND COMPLETE THE DISSOLUTION.
THE TECHNICAL WORK ON THE OSGI SPECIFICATIONS (VERSION 8) CONTINUED TO MOVE FORWARD AND SPECIFICATIONS WERE COMPLETED AND PUBLISHED PRIOR TO DISSOLUTION.
ADVANCED LIAISON WORK WITH THE INDUSTIAL INTERNET CONSORTIUM (IIC), ONEM2M, THE ALLIANCE FOR INTERNET OF THINGS INNOVATION (AIOTI), AND THE CONTINENTAL AUTOMATED BUILDINGS ASSOCIATION (CABA).
