THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES HOLIDAY LIGHTING, ADVERTISING, BROCHURES, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES ON BEHALF OF THE LOCAL MERCHANTS. THE HOST PROGRAM PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO TOURIST, WHICH ENHANCES THEIR EXPERIENCES AND ENCOURAGES VISITORS TO THE AREA. THE HOST PROGRAM PROVIDES "EYES ON THE STREET' TO ENHANCE A SENSE OF SAFETY.
