IT HAS ASKED EACH STUDENT TO THINK, CREATE AND ACT IN AN ENVIRONMENT OF ENCOURAGEMENT AND COMPASSION, AND CHALLENGES EACH PERSON TO ACCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITIES POSED BY EDUCATION IN A DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY.
