FARM AND AGRICULTURE PROGRAMS - SUPPORTS SMALL TO MID-SIZE FARMERS AND DIVERSIFIED CROP AGRICULTURE THROUGHOUT WASHINGTON WITH A FOCUS ON PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES.
