THE NORTHWEST PERENNIAL ALLIANCE EDUCATES, INSPIRES, AND CONNECTS GARDENERS OF ALL SKILL LEVELS TO SHARE THE ART, SCIENCE, AND JOY OF GARDENING IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST BY OFFERING EDUCATIONAL EVENTS FOR BOTH MEMBERS AND NONMEMBERS. OUR OPEN GARDEN PROGRAM OFFERS OUR MEMBERSHIP THE OPPORTUNITY TO TOUR OTHER MEMBER GARDENS FROM APRIL THROUGH SEPTEMBER EVERY YEAR. NPA IS ALSO A PARTNER WITH THE BELLEVUE BOTANICAL GARDEN SOCIETY AND MAINTAINS THE NPA PERENNIAL BORDER AT THE BELLEVUE BOTANICAL GARDEN. THIS IS THE LARGEST PERENNIAL BORDER IN THE UNITED STATES MAINTAINED BY VOLUNTEERS. NPA ALSO OPERATES THE NPA PLANT STAND AT THE BELLEVUE BOTANICAL GARDEN FROM APRIL THROUGH SEPTEMBER OFFERING EXCEPTIONAL PLANTS FOR SALE TO THE PUBLIC AS WELL AS OFFERING THREE ADDITIONAL PLANT SALES FEATURING PLANT GROWERS FROM THE PUGET SOUND AREA.
