PRIVATE SECTOR ENGAGEMENT: IMT'S PRIVATE SECTOR-FOCUSED WORK AIMS TO CREATE AND SCALE NEXT-GENERATION BUSINESS PRACTICES THAT ENABLE THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR TO SERVE THE INTERESTS OF ALL STAKEHOLDERS (E.G., INVESTORS, OCCUPANTS, COMMUNITIES) BY DEPLOYING BUILDINGS AS ASSETS IN TRANSFORMING OUR SOCIAL, ECONOMIC, AND PHYSICAL WELLBEING.
PUBLIC SECTOR ENGAGEMENT: WE ADVANCE THE DESIGN OF BUILDING PERFORMANCE POLICIES THAT EFFECTIVELY AND AFFORDABLY CAP AND REDUCE EMISSIONS FOR ALL BUILDING TYPES AND ADDRESS COMMUNITY PRIORITIES OF EQUITY, RESILIENCY, AND PUBLIC HEALTH.
