IMP SUCCESSFULLY CONVERTED TO A FULLY REMOTE OPERATION DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, AND PRODUCED AND DISTRIBUTED 52 WEEKLY EDITIONS OF OUR RADIO SERIES AND PODCAST. 149 PUBLIC RADIO STATIONS AIRED OUR PROGRAM WEEKLY. WE COMMISSIONED WORK BY 11 FREELANCERS, OF WHOM 80% ARE WOMEN AND 40% ARE BIPOC, TO AUGMENT THE WORK OF OUR CORE PRODUCERS, ALL OF WHOM ARE WOMEN OF COLOR. CREATED NEW ORGANIZATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS WITH BUT NEXT TIME, YES! MEDIA, AND THE INSTITUTE FOR NONPROFIT NEWS.
