THE CORPORATION PROVIDES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS, FINANCED THROUGH THE ISSURANCE OF BOND INDEBTEDNESS, AND SUBLEASES THE PROPERTIES BACK TO THE PITTSBURG USD THROUGH LEASE AGREEMENTS. THE RENTAL PROCEEDS FROM THE SUBLEASE ARE USED TO PAY PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS.
