GP/TODCO-A PROVIDES DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS IN SAN FRANCISCO'S SOUTH OF MARKET EARTHQUAKE RECOVERY REDEVELOPMENT AREA FOR THE BENEFITS OF LOW-INCOME, ELDERLY, OR DISABLED RESIDENTS. THE PROJECTS DEVELOPED BY GP/TODCO-A CONSIST OF THE KNOX SRO, WOOLF HOUSE III, HOTEL ISABEL, LELAND, AND BAYANIHAN HOUSE PROJECTS THAT PROVIDE HOUSING FOR QUALIFIED HOUSEHOLDS. IN ADDITION, GP/TODCO-A IS THE CORPORATE GENERAL PARTNER IN THE KNOX PARTNERS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, HOTEL GRAND SOUTHERN AND BAYANIHAN PARTNERS, WHICH OWN THE KNOX SRO, HOTEL ISABEL AND BAYANIHAN HOUSE PROJECTS, RESPECTIVELY.
