THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED IN DECEMBER 1988 TO ACQUIRE AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN IRVINE, CALIFORNIA AND TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THEREON AN APARTMENT PROJECT OF A 40 UNITS. HOUSING IS PROVIDED TO LOW INCOME SENIORS IN COOPERATION WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
