THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A PUBLIC RADIO STATION WHICH PROVIDES NON- COMMERCIAL EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL RADIO PROGRAMS. THE MISSION OF THE RADIO STATION IS TO: TRAIN MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN THE USE OF RADIO PROVIDE ALTERNATIVE NEWS AND INFORMATION PROMOTE THE EXPRESSION OF IDEAS WITHOUT CLOSE CREATIVE CONTROL OR COMMERCIAL CONSIDERATION. THESE GOALS WILL BE ACHIEVED BY: BUILDING AND MAINTAINING AN ORGANIZATION THAT REFLECTS THE DIVERSITY OF THE INTERESTS IN THE BROADCAST AREA CREATING AND MAINTAINING A COLLABORATIVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPING ADEQUATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM THE LISTENERS SERVED.
