THE CALIFORNIA MUSEUM SEEKS TO ENGAGE, ENLIGHTEN AND INSPIRE OUR VISITORS ABOUT CALIFORNIA'S RICH HISTORY AND ITS UNIQUE INFLUENCE ON THE WORLD OF IDEAS, INNOVATION, ART, AND CULTURE BY CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNING ABOUT PAST DECISIONS AND EVENTS, PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES AND FUTURE POSSIBILITIES, ULTIMATELY STRENGTHENING THE BONDS OF OUR COMMUNITY AND STIMULATING IMAGINATIONS TO FACILITATE SOLUTIONS TO COMMON PROBLEMS.

DEVELOPED AND PRESENTED SEVEN TEMPORARY IN-PERSON EXHIBITS FOCUSED ON CALIFORNIA HISTORY, ARTS AND CULTURE.


COMPLETED GALLERY CONSTRUCTION AND LONGTERM EXHIBIT DEVELOPMENT. PRESENTED THE FIRST INPERSON CALIFORNIA HALL OF FAME INDUCTION CEREMONY SINCE THE PANDEMIC.


PROVIDED IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL FIELD TRIPS, SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMS, AND PROGRAMMING FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, INCREASING KNOWLEDGE OF CALIFORNIA HISTORY, ARTS AND CULTURE STATEWIDE.
