CLARA REMAINS FULLY OCCUPIED, WITH SEVEN ARTS AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS IN RESIDENCE. CLARA'S RENT RATE REMAINS SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW MARKET FOR MISSION-BASED ORGANIZATIONS (33-50% OF COMPARABLE MARKET RATE)
CLARA OFFERS ITS PUBLIC PERFORMANCE SPACE TO EXTERNAL PERFORMING ARTS GROUPS AT REDUCED RATES, ALLOWING THOSE GROUPS TO REACH INCREASED AUDIENCES AND PRODUCE A MORE CONSISTENTLY HIGH PRODUCT.
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ITS RESIDENT ARTS AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS, CLARA ALSO HAS A ARTS EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP WITH SACRAMENTO CITY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT THAT REMAINS STRONG.
