THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY PROPERTY OWNERS WITH NO COST OR LOW COST EDUCATION AND SERVICES.

WE HAVE EXPANDED THE NVPOA EXPO TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AS WELL AS VENDOR NETWORKING WHICH PROVIDES A FORUM OF NATIONAL SPEAKERS IN A LOCAL SETTING. WE ALSO PROVIDE A NATIONAL ACCREDATED CERTIFICATION PROGRAM FOR MANAGERS AND OWNERS OF PROPERTY.
FORMS FOR MEMBERS ARE NOW AVAILABLE ON-LINE. WE ARE CONTINUING TO USE TECHNOLOGY TO INCREASE THE RESOURSES AVAILABLE TO OUR MEMBERS AND TO COMMUNICATE MORE EFFECTIVELY WITH THEM. WE CONTINUE TO UPDATE OUR WEB SITE. WE HAVE INCREASED BOTH OUR MEMBERSHIP AND SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS TO ENCOURAGE EDUCATION, FACILITATE THE CPM DESIGNATION AND BROKER AND SALES LICENSES AS WELL AS INDUSTRY SPECIFIC DESIGNATIONS.
WE HAVE INCREASED OUR OFFICE HOURS SO AS TO BE MORE AVAILABLE TO THE COMMUNITY. WE PLAN TO OFFER WEBINARS. WE ALSO PLAN TO OFFER PUBLIC SEMINARS TO THE COMMUNITY ON VARIOUS ISSUES.
