SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENT 2: LUNCH PROGRAM - THE NUTRITION PROGAM WORKS TO PROVIDE FRESCH, HOME COOKED MEALS TO SENIORS IN AMADOR COUNTY. THE GOAL IS TO END FOOD SCARCITY, PRVIDE ONE-THIRD OF THE DAILY DIETARY NEEDS OF SENIORS, AND TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT FOR SOCIALIZATION
SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENT 3: AMADOR COUNTY SENIOR CITIZENS ALSO MAINTAINS VARIOUS SMALLER PROGRAMS AIMED TO PROVIDE SERICES AS NEEDED TO AMADOR COUNTY SENIORS. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE: 1. EMERGENCY HOUSING SERVICES; 2. SENIOR ABUSE REPORTING AND COUNCELING; 3 LEGAL & TAX ASSISTANCE.
