SUPPORT THE GENERAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND ESTABLISHED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEVADA RENO IN THEIR FOUNDATION
RENTAL OF RESIDENCE TO UNIVERSITY OF NEVADA, RENO STUDENTS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE PHI DELTA THETA FRATERNITY. ALL RENTS RECEIVED ARE USED FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE HOUSE AND PAYMENTS OF AQUISITION DEBT. RENT IS CHARGED AT A RATE BELOW FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR COMPARABLE RENTALS. RENT IS MAINTAINED AT BELOW MARKET RATES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID TO STUDENTS WHO LIVE THERE AND ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A COLLEGE DEGREE. IF THERE ARE ANY REMAINING FUNDS AT THE END OF THE YEAR, THE FUNDS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO THE UNIVERSITY GENERAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND.
