PUBLIC PROGRAMS OFFER ADULT CONTINUING EDUCATION WITH INNOVATIVE, EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES THAT MOVE BEYOND THE CONSTRAINTS OF DEGREE CENTERED EDUCATION.
