BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT. COORDINATE BUSINESS DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT WITH A FUND SUPPLIED THROUGH THE CITY OF WINTERS. DURING THE YEAR VARIOUS EXPENDITURES WERE MADE TO IMPROVE THE BUSINESS DISTRICT THROUGH THE PURCHASE OF PLANTER BOXES AND TRASH RECEPTICLES. IN ADDITION THERE WERE EXPENDITURES RELATING TO TOURISM FOR PRINTED MATERIALS AND EVENTS THAT PROMOTE BUSINESSES IN WINTERS.
