THE STUDENT CRITERIA IS UNIQUE IN THE FACT THAT APPLICANTS CAN BE CONTINUING STUDENTS OF ANY AGE ENTERING OR ATTENDING AN ACCREDITED TRADE SCHOOL, COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY, INCLUDING OUT-OF-STATE, AND MAJORING IN AN AGRICULTURAL RELATED FIELD.
