FIELD PARTNERS WITH OTHER COMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO EDUCATE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL OPINION LEADERS ON POLICY FOR RURAL ECONOMIC SECTORS, THE WORKFORCE AND EDUCATION. RESEARCH AND EDUCATION ON POLICY IS CENTRAL TO SUCCESSFUL ASSET DEVELOPMENT AND WEALTH BUILDING STRATEGIES THAT PROMOTE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL PROSPERITY FOR LATINOS AND OTHER LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
FIELD PROVIDES TRAINING SERVICES TO LATINO AND OTHER LOW-WAGE, LOW-SKILLED WORKERS IN RURAL COMMUNITIES INCREASE THE STABILITY AND HEALTH OF THE WORKFORCE AND THEIR FAMILIES.
