MEMBER PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES - THE ASSOCIATION ENGAGES THE UNIVERSITY'S ALUMNI THROUGH MEMBER-SUPPORTED PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES. THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION SEEKS TO GROW PRIDE AND LOYALTY AMONG ITS CONSTITUENTS THROUGH THESE ACTIVITIES. THROUGH A MORE CONNECTED ALUMNI BASE, INCREASED MEMBERSHIP AND GREAT AFFINITY, THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION IS ABLE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING AND SERVE AS A STRONGER ADVOCATE FOR THE UNIVERSITY AND ITS ALUMNI.
SCHOLARSHIPS - SINCE 1975, THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION HAS AWARDED SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS WHO EXCEL IN THEIR ACADEMIC STUDIES; ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN THE BETTERMENT OF THEIR COMMUNITIES THROUGH VOLUNTEER WORK AND IN SOME CASES DEMONSTRATE FINANCIAL NEED. THESE AWARDS REPRESENT THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION-BASED SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM IN THEIR CSU SYSTEM.
MEDIA - THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION COMMUNICATES WITH ITS KEY CONSTITUENCIES THROUGH A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF MEDIA INCLUDING PRINT, WEB, SOCIAL MEDIA AND E-MAIL. MORE THAN 90,000 ALUMNI ARE ENGAGED THROUGH THE ONLINE CHANNELS.
