LEADERSHIP: CHAMPION THE VITALITY OF CREDIT UNIONS BY TAKING A LEADERSHIP ROLE, REGIONALLY AND NATIONALLY, IN PROMOTING COOPERATION BETWEEN CREDIT UNIONS AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND IN CULTIVATING INDUSTRY LEADERS.
