TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, GUIDANCE, AND ASSISTANCE TO THE SEVENTY-TWO CLUBS IN THE DISTRICT THROUGH ORGANIZATION OF CONFERENCES, DISTRICT GOVERNOR VISITATIONS TO EACH OF THE CLUBS, NEWSLETTERS, AND DISTRICT ASSEMBLIES TO ASSIST THE CLUBS AND THEIR MEMBERS WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF CLUB SERVICE PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS.
TO SUPPORT THE ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARDS PROGRAM BY SPONSORING A WEEK-LONG LEADERSHIP TRAINING CAMP FOR DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT LEADERS.
