TO SUPPORT THE ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARDS PROGRAM BY SPONSORING A WEEK-LONG LEADERSHIP TRAINING CAMP FOR DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT LEADERS.
