THE ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (OR THE CORRESPONDING PROVISION OF ANY FUTURE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE LAW). SPECIFICALLY, THE PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BE: 1. TO PROVIDE RESOURCES FOR INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES, AND NONPROFITS TO ENHANCE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO MANAGE FINANCIAL RESOURCES EFFECTIVELY. 2. TO CONDUCT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS, AND SEMINARS AIMED AT IMPROVING FINANCIAL LITERACY AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS. 3. TO PUBLISH MATERIALS AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO TOOLS AND RESOURCES DESIGNED TO HELP INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS MAKE INFORMED FINANCIAL DECISIONS. 4. TO COLLABORATE WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESSES, AND GOVERNMENT ENTITIES TO PROMOTE FINANCIAL EDUCATION AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. 5. TO ENGAGE IN ANY OT

IN ITS INAUGURAL YEAR, FINANCIAL LITERACY OUTREACH HUB WAS SUCCESSFULLY FORMED AND OBTAINED APPROVAL FOR 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT STATUS. AS A NEWLY ESTABLISHED ORGANIZATION, WE FOCUSED ON FOUNDATIONAL PLANNING FOR OUR MISSION TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL LITERACY EDUCATION. EFFORTS ARE UNDERWAY TO DEVELOP FUTURE PROGRAMMING AND EVENTS AIMED AT EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES WITH ESSENTIAL FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS.
