INTERCULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM - PROVIDES CULTURAL EXCHANGE OPPORTUNITIES BETWEEN PORTLAND, OREGON AND ITS SISTER CITY GUADALAJARA, MEXICO FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC RELATIONSHIPS.


CINCO DE MAYO FESTIVAL - PROVIDES A CULTURAL FESTIVAL FOCUSING ON LATINO HERITAGE THROUGH AUTHENTIC DANCE, CUISINE, ART AND MUSIC.


PORTLAND BOMBEROS - A GROUP OF LOCAL FIREFIGHTERS WHO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN TRIPS TO GUADALAJARA AND OTHER LATIN AMERICAN CITIES AND HAVE HELPED WITH EQUIPMENT DONATIONS, TRAININGS, AND COLLABORATION.
