DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD TO INDIVIDUALS OF THE SILVERTON COMMUNITY IN NEED.
FINANCIAL AID FOR MEMBERS OF THE SILVERTON COMMUNITY WHO MEET SPECIFIED CRITERIA FOR ASSISTANCE. SACA PROVIDES HOUSING ASSISTANCE, UTILITIES, FUEL, TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO HAVE NO OTHER RESOURCES. PAYMENTS ARE MADE PRIMARILY TO PROVIDERS (LANDLORD, UTILITY COMPANY, ETC.) AND NOT TO INDIVIDUAL RECIPIENTS.
PROVIDE MOBILE DENTAL CLINIC 3-6 TIMES PER YEAR. PATIENTS WITH NO DENTAL INSURANCE AND URGENT NEEDS ARE TREATED BY LOCAL DENTISTS.
