GRACE CENTER'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE DAY SERVICES THAT OPTIMIZE THE COGNITIVE AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES OF SENIORS AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES SO THEY CAN REMAIN AS INDEPENDENT AS POSSIBLE AND IN THEIR HOMES.

GRACE CENTER FOR ADULT DAY SERVICES IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY SERVICES TO SENIOR CITIZENS AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES. WE ARE THE FIRST CERTIFIED ADULT DAY PROGRAM IN THE STATE OF OREGON AND THE ONLY ONE OPERATING IN LINN, BENTON, AND POLK COUNTIES. OUR PROGRAMS ARE BASED ON TWO INTEGRATED MODALITIES: EXERCISE AND SOCIAL MODELS. TOGETHER THEY CONTRIBUTE TO IMPROVING THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ABILITIES OF OUR PARTICIPANTS. GRACE CENTER ALSO PROVIDES A VARIETY OF SPECIAL ACTIVITIES TO FOSTER ENJOYMENT, RELAXATION, AND CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC STIMULATION.
