RURAL OVW AND VAWA - ENHANCES THE SAFETY OF RURAL VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, DATING VIOLENCE AND STALKING, AND SUPPORTS PROJECTS UNIQUELY DESIGNED TO ADDRESS AND PREVENT THESE CRIMES IN RURAL AREAS.
